Nada El Zouki

Co-Founder Chairwoman

Mrs. Zouki is a seasoned banker with over 25 years of experience in the financial industry with a focus on Wealth Management, Investment and Private Banking. She participated in the founding of two leading Investment Banks in Lebanon where she held senior positions such as Assistant General Manager and Managing Director.

She acted as Secretary to the Board of Directors and managed the relationship with the bank’s shareholders. She was the main Point of Contact, with all of Lebanon’s regulatory bodies : Capital Market Authority, Central Bank of Lebanon, Banking Control Commission and Ministry of Finance. She was the Lead Project Manager in the acquisition of the retail operations of Standard Chartered Bank in Lebanon. She also was responsible of relationships with foreign counterparties & correspondents.

Mrs. Zouki holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Lebanese University.

Eddy Imad

Co Founder and Board Member

Mr. Imad is a professional banker with over 20 years of international private banking experience with a focus on Wealth Management, Investment Management and Capital Market activities. He occupied the position of Managing Director, Head of Private Banking at a leading Investment bank in Lebanon where he managed a sizeable financial portfolio on advisory and discretionary bases.
Prior to that he was Senior Relationship Manager – Private Banking and Wealth Management at Pioneer Banks in Lebanon. He was covering key High Net Worth clients based in the MENA region as well as Latin America. He developed and executed private banking business plans and strategies to meet set goals and objectives.

Mr. Imad provided clients with the required level of service, making sure set targets in terms of volume and profitability are reached.

Mr. Imad is a graduate from the Lebanese American University (LAU) – Lebanon, where he earned a Master of Business Administration, emphasis on Economics & Finance in 2005

Nicolas Anagnostou

Managing Director

Mr. Anagnostou brings two decades of expertise in wealth management, investment banking, and wealth planning. Throughout his career, he has supported high-net-worth investors by structuring and managing their wealth.

At Henley & Partners, the global leader in citizenship and residence planning, he advised private investors and entrepreneurs on sophisticated financial strategies. As the co-founder of Maritime Capital Partners, he focused on advisory services for shipping investments, offering innovative solutions for niche investment opportunities. In his role at TCA Asset Management, a Geneva-based investment boutique, Mr. Anagnostou specialized in corporate finance and wealth management. Earlier in his career, he spent six years at Merrill Lynch Bank (Suisse) SA, where he worked in trade execution and as a Client Service Officer, catering to the needs of institutional and private clients.

Before Merrill Lynch, he gained valuable experience in the shipping industry with Goulandris Brothers Ltd., where he contributed to the controlling and operations departments in Athens, Greece, and Lausanne, Switzerland.

Mr. Anagnostou holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the Université de Montréal, Canada.

Sandro Jaber

Board Member

Sandro brings over a decade of experience in financial services with deep expertise in structured products, derivatives, and institutional client advisory across the Middle East and Europe.

Prior to co-founding Laka Capital in Geneva, he held senior roles at Capital Vision and Julius Bär, focusing on tailored investment solutions for HNWIs, family offices, and asset managers.

His career began at Ernst & Young as an Auditor in Financial Services.

Sandro combines strong technical knowledge with a proven ability to deliver innovative investment strategies across asset classes.

Mr. Jaber holds a Bachelor degree in Management from Bocconi University and a Master degree in Accounting and Finance from HEC Lausanne.

Pierre-Olivier Etique

Independent Board Member

Pierre-Olivier Etique is cofounder of the law firm 373 Avocats & Associés SA. He specializes in banking and financial markets law, a field he has been practicing for more than 15 years. Pierre-Olivier also benefits from a recognized expertise in collective investments, whether in the structuring of investment vehicles, in asset management or in the placement of investment funds. He regularly teaches on collective investments regulations for the banking and financial industry. Pierre-Olivier is an attorney, registered with the Geneva and New York bars. He is also an FinSA mediator (financial services) with the mediation body FINSOM.
